Orders

  • All products are made to order and customized according to the size and details provided by the customer.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged.

  • Please ensure all order details, including size, shipping address, and contact information, are accurate before placing your order.

Product Information

  • We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or the handcrafted nature of our products.

  • As many of our garments feature intricate hand embroidery and artisanal craftsmanship, minor variations are a natural characteristic of handmade creations and should not be considered defects.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment must be completed before an order is processed.

  • Moh by Manjari reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Since each outfit is customized after the order is placed, production and delivery typically take 7–10 working days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or courier delays.

Returns & Refunds

  • As every outfit is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear, unedited parcel opening video. Claims without a parcel opening video will not be considered.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including designs, photographs, logos, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of Moh by Manjari and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Moh by Manjari shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
